How we earn

How we recommend kits
We pick kits based on:

- Amendment 4 compliance — does the inverter respect the 800W AC cap and have type-approved anti-islanding?
- Real-world usability — app quality, install footprint, brand support.
- Price-to-output ratio — we lead with the cheapest legitimate compliant route, not the highest-commission product.
If a kit gets recommended on the site, it’s for one of those reasons — not because the affiliate commission is fatter.
